Nadim Seraj duly assisted by Mr. Shailesh Kumar, who represents the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga.

Pursuant to the last order dated 04.07.2023, the Registrar of the said University is present in person and further a supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party nos. 2 to 4 bringing on record the documents including the request to the Branch Manager to credit the amount in the account of the petitioner, Dr. Kalpana Srivastava.

Patna High Court MJC No.4287 of 2018(7) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 However, all the said process has been completed only after the order was passed, on 04.07.2023 as such and in the absence of any interlocutory application for the recall of the cost of Rs. 20,000/-, the same has to be paid by the petitioner by tomorrow and receipt thereof has to be deposited in the office.

The Registrar of the University is free to release the amount from the concerned officials of the Samastipur College, Samastipur, his Principal has already been put on notice vide memo no. 345/2023 dated 21.07.2023 (Annexure- E to the petition).

In that view of the matter, this Court is convinced that the order stands complied with.

The MJC No. 4287 of 2018 stands disposed of. The personal appearance of the Registrar, Lalit Narain Mithila University, Darbhanga is dispensed with. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jagdish/- U
