2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 174 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He has assaulted the deceased with a spade which resulted in his death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to land dispute, the deceased has been killed.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

8. If the trial is delayed due to the prosecution, the petitioner may renew her prayer for bail.
