JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 386, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other accused persons apprehended the driver of a tractor and snatched Rs.10,000/- and also demanded Rangdari of rupees one lac and threatened him to dire consequences. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and they have no criminal antecedents. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.4610 of 2019(3) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 circumstances of the cases, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, rather they should surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit, without being prejudice by order of this Court. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
