This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.118 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code but the chargesheet has been submitted under sections 302, 201, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.51773 of 2024.

It is alleged that the petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased along with the husband of the deceased, who being the informant, has subsequently been made accused in this case. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

No ground for review of earlier order dated 07.08.2024 is made out. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
