2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daraundha P.S. Case No. 349 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(b)/(ii)/(c)/25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. There is recovery of 20.5 Kg. of ganja from the Scorpio from which the petitioner was caught fleeing away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery and also

7. If is trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
