Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sahar (Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 471, 414, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/33 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the vehicle from which the alleged recovery has been made. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise-II, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sahar (Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
