Taking into consideration that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner and having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Buddha Colony P.S.
