Iftekhar Mahmood(APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 20-07-2016 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accusedpetitioner, namely, Babulal Mandal, in connection with Mansi Police Station Case No. 87 of 2015, under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Anil Kumar Choudhary, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Md. Iftekhar Mahmood, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the fact that earlier the bail application of this petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order, dated 16.10.2015, passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No.47315 of 2015 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28299 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 no new ground has been shown, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
