2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 219 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 307, 323, 427 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted victim and has caused a damage of Rs. 2 lakh to the instruments of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has committed no offence as has been alleged by the prosecution side and he is in custody since 28.10.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10624 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 submits that the petitioner, without accepting his guilt and without prejudice is ready to pay a sum of Rs. 20,000/- in the Court below at the time of furnishing his bail bonds.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial A.C.J.M. III, Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 219 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 8(i). The petitioner is directed to produce a demand draft of Rs. 20,000/- in the name of the informant at the time of furnishing his bail bonds and if, such demand draft is produced, the same shall be released in favour of the informant by the Court below.
