Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3621 of 2022(2) dt.10-08-2022 2/3 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 289 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, four named accused persons came to the house of the informant and on the order of the petitioner Surya Bhagat, the petitioner Kamlesh Kumar molested her and stabbed her with knife.

There is specific allegation on Kamlesh Kumar to stab the informant, who sustained grievous injuries by sharp cutting weapons, as such, the prayer for anticipatory bail in respect of petitioner Kamlesh Kumar is rejected.

Let the above-named petitioner Surya Bhagat, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 289 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove,
