This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.744 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 333, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner and her husband are accused of killing the deceased. She is in custody since 31.05.2025. 4.

It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that it has come during investigation that the petitioner was in a relationship with the deceased and the deceased has been killed by the husband of the petitioner. It has also come that it is the petitioner, who had informed the family members of the deceased about the death and guided them to the

Considering the aforesaid facts, the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur / concerned Court below, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.744 of 2025.
