In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : 1(A) A writ in the nature of a Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents No.2 to 5 to act in accordance with law and to remove encroachers Respondent No.6 to 10 from public land as they have blocked the passage of the petitioner by their encroachment.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1403 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 Vide Annexure-1 to the present writ application, the petitioner had filed a complaint, under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, before the competent authority in respect of encroachment made upon the public land. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh application before the Respondent No.4 i.e. Circle Officer, Thakraha, West Champaran under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act giving the details of the land in question within a period of one month from today. The Respondent No.4 i.e. Circle Officer, Thakraha, West Champaran, after hearing all the necessary parties as provided under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
