In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 509 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
A theft was committed in the Dhramshala which is known as Ashram. Allegation has been made that two persons have committed burglary and valuables have been taken away. The counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and at the instance of Trustee of the Math, the petitioner has been made an accused as the father of the petitioner is running a tea shop and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20366 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 2/2 Trustee of the Math wants to remove the same in front of the Math and that is the reason, the petitioner has been made an accused in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 15th December 2014 and other similarly situated persons have been granted bail by the court below itself.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 509 of 2014.
