However, learned A.P.P. for the State is present. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Dharhara P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. On 20.01.2022, this Court was informed by Mr. Surya Narayan Sah, learned Advocate for the petitioners, that the petitioners have taken 'No Objection' certificate from the learned Advocate and, thereafter, no Vakalatnama has been filed. Considering the fact that the petitioners are taking no interest in the matter, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed for non-prosecution.
The Superintendent of Police, Munger, is directed to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3495 of 2020(5) dt.03-02-2022 2/2 take all coercive steps to get the petitioners arrested as the case was registered on 06.06.2019.
