2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raiyam P.S. Case No. 38 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 341, 323, 325, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier, the petitioner and one co-accused namely Mukesh Thakur had approached this Court for grant of Anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 30090 of 2023. Mukesh Thakur was granted anticipatory bail but the petitioner's application was dismissed.

4. As per the prosecution case, the accused are said to have assaulted the informant with Farsa and Iron Rod.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is case and counter case between the parties for the land dispute and the occurrence took place because of a trivial issue.

6. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 24.11.2023.

7. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Darbhanga in connection with Raiyam P.S. Case No. 38 of 2022. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
