The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018 for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.11.2018. He further submits that in the instant case petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., his name surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused namely Prakash Kumar and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
