Petitioner is accused in connection with Navanagar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that petitioner was arrested by the Police and from the possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and one cartridge along with mobile were recovered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is accused in two other cases regarding the offence under Section 392 of the I.P.C. mere on suspicion, in which the petitioner is on bail. It is also submitted that in the present case, petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2015. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, let the above named petitioner be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19277 of 2015 (4) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Navanagar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
