JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 Perused the letter No. 25 of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Saran at Chapra dated 24.01.2017.

It has been submitted that the prosecution side is seeking some opportunities for producing the remaining witnesses of this case and as such two months time is required to conclude the trial of this case.

By order dated 27.04.2016 nine months time was required to conclude the trial but due to the circumstances mentioned in the letter the trial has not been concluded. Under the circumstances, further two months time is granted from the date of letter dated 24.01.2017 to conclude the trial.
