Petitioners seek their bail in Obra P.S.Case No.182 of 2005 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 IPC. The petitioners are alleged to have gagged and killed the deceased. The petitioners' bail application was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 02.4.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.2508 of 2014.
The petitioners were absconding. Accused Yogendra Ravidas has already been convicted and the case of the petitioners was separated.
The learned Sessions Judge has reported that the trial is likely to be concluded within nine months. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7735 of 2015 (3) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 production of a copy of this order.
The Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad is directed to ensure the attendance of the prosecution witnesses of this case during the course of trial so that the trial must conclude within the stipulated period.
