Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioners surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Sagar Kumar @ Chhotu and subsequently, petitioners were remanded in this case on 9.11.2015 but up till now, the concerned I.O did not take pain to arrange T.I Parade. Moreover, except present case as well as one Alamnagar P.S. Case no. 133/2015, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial
