The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 450 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a), 41(1) (2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the white coloured Scorpio which is alleged to be standing near the house of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
