2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 28-03-2023, wife of the petitioner was granted bail but the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused with an observation that if, the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. He has further submitted that after 11 months of that order, uptill now, only one witness has been examined.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.7497 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 circumstances as well as the observation made earlier, the petitioner, named-above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran, Chapra in connection with S.T. No. 684 of 2022 arising out of Amnaur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2022, subject to the following conditions: (i). It is made clear that before accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

(ii) After release, the petitioner shall appear before the court physically on each and every date fixed in the case and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
