Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Town P.S.Case No.443 of 2014 registered under Sections 414 IPC and Sections 18, 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner, 11 kgs.600 gms. Ganja was recovered.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage and accordingly, the same is rejected.

The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining in jail for 8 months.
