JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-consideration of his case for appointment on compassionate ground.

The mother of the petitioner died in harness on 07.01.2016. Thereafter the petitioner applied for compassionate appointment on 26.08.2016, yet the case of the petitioner is pending before the respondents.

Considering the object behind the compassionate appointment, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision on the claim of
