2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 34 registered in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 290 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and initially injury report of the informant shows only two injuries which were simple in nature. Co-accused Suresh Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3347 of 2019. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the counsel for the informant opposes the anticipatory bail petition. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that supplementary injury report of the informant discloses that the injury on his head is grievous in nature and corroborates the accusation of assault on the head of the informant by this petitioner with iron rod.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/Chandran (Vikash Jain, J) U T
