Petitioner is in jail custody since 08.01.2015 on the accusation that he abused and demanded extortion money from the officer-in-charge of Khajauli police station posing himself as an employee of the office of Superintendent of police. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S.Case No. 110 of 2015.
