The present MJC has been filed to restore Civil Misc. No. 482 of 2016 against respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and 9 to 21 which was dismissed for non compliance of peremptory order dated 09.03.2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to communication gap the petitioners could not comply the order dated 09.03.2018 by filing requisition for issuance of notice on respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and 9 to 21 through ordinary process as well as speed post.

In this view of the fact this MJC is allowed and Civil Misc. No. 482 of 2016 is restored against respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and 9 to 21.

The petitioners are directed to file requisition for issuance of notice against respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and 9 to 21 within ten days failing which the Civil Misc. petition as against them shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench. BKS/- (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) U
