The petitioner seeks bail in Marhauara P.S. Case No. 185of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Sanjay Rai in the year 2005 but all the accused persons poisoned his daughter to death on 23.06.2014. Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased but no specific allegation is made. The petitioner is in jail since 28.11.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case no. 185 of 2014.
