The petitioner is in custody in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 403 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341/504/307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the scuffle took place on account of the fact that petitioner's tempo touched with E-Rickshaw of the informant. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.7.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent aforesaid submission and also the fact that petitioner has remained in custody nearly seven moths, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
