Case No. 175 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is of snatching of bag containing 1.5 lac of rupees from the informant and petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, apart from that he is accused in two other cases of similar nature.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he is in custody since 7.7.2019 and charge sheet has been submitted but he has not been put on T.I. parade and he is ready to co-operate in disposal of trial.
Heard learned APP also.
In view of above facts and circumstances, let
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5619 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to appear in the police station of his local area in second week of each month for a period of ten months or till conclusion of trial, whichever is earlier, so that the police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Buxar for needful.
