The petitioner seeks bail in Habibpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 662 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under different Sections of the Arms Act and Sections 3/5 of the Explosive Substances Act. From the possession of the petitioner Md. Salim 20 live cartridges of 7.65 KI and Rs. 12,750/- were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.05.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions
