JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order dated 21.04.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sherghati, Gaya canceling P.D.S. license of the petitioner, he has preferred P.D.S. Appeal No. 23 of 2018 which is pending consideration in the Court of District Magistrate, Gaya. It is submitted that, at this stage, only direction which the petitioner is looking for is to the District Magistrate, Gaya for early disposal of the appeal.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, the District Magistrate, Gaya, is directed to hear the appeal and dispose it of within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
