The petitioner seeks bail in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 34/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of co-accused but the petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade. He is in jail since 31.05.2014. Similarly situated co-accused namely, Gorelal Tanti and Birendra Bind have already been enlarged on bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case no. 34/2014.
