The petitioner is accused in connection with Maharajganj P.S.Case No. 149 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the of the I.P.C.

Accusation is that the petitioner gave the spade blow at the head of informant Raj Mohammad and Sahadatt Ansari caused injury at the hand of informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place due to land dispute between the petitioner and the informant while three injuries were found on the person of the informant and two injuries cause by sharp cut are of simple in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13628 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 nature while as third injury was grievous which is said to be caused by hard blunt substance at humerus.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S.Case No. 149 of 2015 out of two sureties, one surety must be a close relative of the petitioner.
