Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The written report reflects that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and it is alleged that petitioner gave two farsa blows to injured Chulhai Rai. The injury report of Chulhai Rai has been brought on record as Annexure-2 to the petition and it goes to show that Chulhai Rai

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3309 of 2019(3) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 had sustained three injuries and out of them, only one injury i.e. on his left wrist was found grievous in nature whereas remaining two injuries were simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 734 of 2018.
