Indu Kumari Srivastava ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 338, 153, 353, 332, 283, 269, 270, 188, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 of the Epidemic Act, 1897.

No.14113 of 2021(2) dt.11-01-2022 2/3 As per allegation, the villagers, by keeping two dead bodies on the road in protest, created road jam and demanding compensation in respect of the deceased persons, who lost their lives in an accident. The further allegation is that the mob became furious and started abusing the police party and also thrown bricks on the police personnel.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The mob, in respect of the accident of the deceased, was demanding compensation. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar (Aurangabad) in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this
