The petitioner seeks bail in Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 129/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 306, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the marriage of his sister was settled with Anil Kumar Sah. About four months ago Anil Kumar Sah and his friend Raj Mohan Sah @ Raj Mohan Kumar Sah (the petitioner) came to the house of the informant to see the bride. Anil Sah asked for a glass of water and the bride came out but Anil Sah established physical relation with her. Later on Anil Sah refused to marry with the sister of the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner accompanied with Anil Sah, who had come to the house of the informant, but the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case no. 129 of 2014.
