This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Nawanagar Police Station Case No. 95 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 427 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the First Information Report, I find that the informant, Block Supply Inspector, alleges that the petitioner entered into hot exchange of words with him and threatened him of his life.

On perusal of the First Information Report, in my opinion, a case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

No.3707 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Nawanagar Police Station Case No. 95 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
