JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 233 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 274, 275, 276, 419, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 27(b) II, 27(d), 28, 28(A) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Amendment Act. Allegation is of recovery of 200 bottles of Wiscof Syrup each containing 100 M.L. from Bolero vehicle and it is alleged that petitioner was arrested from there. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his possession and the vehicle from which, the alleged recovery was made also does not belong to the petitioner. Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Khagaria, in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 233 of 2019.
