The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the statement made by the victim girl it appears that she has gone to Delhi with Lalan Kumar with her own will and she has specifically stated that she was not kidnapped by any one. So much so petitioner is maternal uncle of Lalan Kumar.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Talewar Paswan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
