JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.02.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.8787/206 to the extent that in the last portion of the order "Mohania P.S. Case No.513/2016" has been recorded in stead of "Mohania P.S. Case No.513 of 2015" and "learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua has been recorded in stead of "Special Judge, NDPS-Act-cum-the District & Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua".

The said mistakes perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the main petition.

Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the prayer portion of the main petition.

In view of the aforesaid, let in the last portion of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11005 of 2016 (2) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 order dated 23.02.2016 "Mohania P.S. Case No. 513/2016" be read as "Mohania P.S. Case No.513/2015" and "learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua" be read as "Special Judge, NDPS-Act-cumthe District & Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua". The order dated 23.02.2016 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.513/2015, pending before Special Judge, NDPS-Act-cum-the District & Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua.
