JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kusheshwer Asthan P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 337, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that due to loading of soil a dispute arose between the parties and thereafter accused persons including the petitioner variously armed with and and assaulted the informant with lathi, bricks and stones.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and moreover she is a lady and having no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Biroul, District- Darbhanga, in connection with Kusheshwer Asthan P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
