The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No.87 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the reason of dispute and the fact that the petitioners are not the author of the injuries, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
