The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S.Case No. 393 of 2014 dated 29.09.2014 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the I.P.C. The prosecution case is that the deceased Jagdish Singh, the father of the informant, at the evening of 28.04.2014 went with the petitioner to see-off the daughter and son-in-law of the petitioner but he did not return and thereafter, the dead body of the deceased Jagdish Singh was found in badly damaged condition at Nathopur Bardhar More on pitch road.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated due to dirty village politics and the petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2014 and there was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19936 of 2015 (3) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 cordial relation between deceased and the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner, Parsuram Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.Case No. 393 of 2014 with following conditions :- I) One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
II) The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
III) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court.
IV) In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
