Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of kidnapping the married daughter of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned APP also who has oposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that girl is still traceless. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to him rather he should surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and make prayer for regular bail, and if by that time
