Petitioner along with informant, Pooja Devi is physically present. Considering the submission made on behalf of respective counsels, it looks better to refer the mater before the learned lower court who will keep watch over the conduct of the spouse for a reasonable time perceived by the lower court itself and finds that spouse have joined their hands in congenial harmonious atmosphere, then in that event, will confirm the provisional bail granted to the petitioner, otherwise will be at liberty to pass appropriate order in accordance with law. Till then, petitioner is allowed to avail privilege of provisional bail.

With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
