The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Tr. No.2463 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No.2923 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner persuaded the complainant to give money to her son-in-law for providing job to the complainant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. The petitioner never persuaded the complainant to hand over the money to her son-in-law nor received any money.

No.3795 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Tr. No.2463 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No.2923 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
