The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2019 in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.212 of 2019, G.R. No.2707 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) and 41(1)of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries have been saddled down on his shoulder and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner has one other antecedent in which he has already been granted bail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
