JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that petitioner was also an employee of the petrol pump in which the alleged occurrence took place. Moreover, in course of investigation, some accused were arrested and they confessed their guilt and involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime. The employees of the petrol pump stated that some persons used to visit petrol pump and talk with the petitioner in respect of income of the petrol pump. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since long.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10578 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.Case No. 314 of 2015.
