The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 2020 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 376(D), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6 and 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
Considering the nature of allegation, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Court below is directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of nine months. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) mdrashid/- U T
